$15.01 to $25.00..................add $10.50

$25.01 to $35.00..................add $12.50

$35.01 to $45.00..................add $14.50

$45.01 to $55.00..................add $16.50

$55.01 to $65.00..................add $18.50

$65.01 to $75.00..................add $20.50

$75.01 to $85.00..................add $22.50

$85.01 to $95.00..................add $24.50

$95.01 to $105.00.................add $26.50

 

Customers with orders totaling $105.01 or more will receive an email requesting approval before order is shipped. Please note that shipping out of the Continental US, or to APO/FPO address may incur additional shipping charges because we cannot ship UPS Ground to these areas.
