Orange Cream Smoothie

1 1/2 c fresh squeezed orange juice or orange juice with pulp
3 c fat-free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/4 c Hodgson Mill Untoasted Wheat Germ
3 Tbsp. honey

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium-high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Yield: 4 1/2 cups

Makes 4 servings. Each serving: 198 calories; 2 g dietary fiber; 52 g carbohydrates; 8 g protein; 8 g fat (5 g saturated fat); 30 mg cholesterol; 114 mg sodium.
