Oven Fried Fish
1/2 cup Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour
1/2 cup Ritz crackers. 12 crackers
1-2 pounds fresh or frozen fish fillet or pieces, thawed
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
cooking spray
Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine first two ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge fish in the seasoned flour mixture and place on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 425°F 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is lightly brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
