Spelt Bread

1 c water
1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp lecithan granules
3 c HODGSON MILL ORGANIC SPELT FLOUR
3 Tbsp. powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp HODGSON MILL ACTIVE DRY YEAST

Place the ingredients in the pan according to the machine’s directions. Set for Whole Wheat cycle.

Makes 1 1.5 loaf: 1548 calories; 24 g dietary fiber; 281 g carbohydraes; 54 g protein; 22 g fat (1 g saturated fat); 2 mg cholesterol; 3532 mg sodium.
