"I've recently purchased your Insta-Bake whole Wheat Baking mix. After picking some fresh blueberries yesterday, I fixed a cobbler last night that was incredible. This morning, I fixed my family pancakes for the first time in quite awhile. I can't tell you when the last time was that I enjoyed a wheat product any more. The taste and texture are beyond compare. My husband and I have been "doing the low-carb thing" for the last few years (trying to stay away from over-processed, white grain and sugar). You can't imagine how wonderful it is to finally find a product that I can use that not only tastes wonderful, but is actually healthy and nutritious for us.

"I have to say, I LOVE your bread mixes. I'm not much of a baker - I learned to cook while living in Sicily and I tend to not measure or follow a strict recipe - which leads to may and various baking failures. But even I can't ruin your mixes and they are crowd pleasers! Thanks for making such great products."

"I am writing to thank you for the delicious linguini that I bought at ShopRite. I am in my 60's and have just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I am of Sicillian descent, an am used to delicious imported pastas. I have been devastated (well, almost) by having to eat the pastas that are available, even ones imported from Italy for people on gluten-free diets.
I had your pasta last tonight with mussels and white wine sauce. To be honest, in the middle of my meal I had to go back into the kitchen to check to make sure I hadn't picked up a regular pasta by mistake in the store. The texture was very similar to the imported pastas I was used to. The only bad thing was that I ate way, way more that I had intended to.
Thank you again. I was paying over $9.00 a pound for an imported gluten free pasta that wasn't nearly as good as yours. Certainly, I intend to buy more".
