Thin Spaghetti with Zesty Pesto

1 box (16 oz.) Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti
2 c lightly packed fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsp. pine nuts
1/4 c olive oil
1/3 c Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Stir in salt and pepper. Toss with pasta.

Variations: In place of basil, try 2 cups fresh parsley, spinach or broccoli florets. In place of pine nuts, try walnuts or pecans.
