Quick Tips for Great Waffles

1. Don't over-mix the batter unless the recipe directions say otherwise.
2. Don't open the waffle iron during the first minute of baking. The grids won't be formed properly.
3. If there is steam still coming out of the iron, the waffle is still cooking.
4. Waffles are the perfect food item for the freezer. Freeze them in resealable bags after they are completely cool. Reheat them in the microwave or the toaster.
