White Bread

3/4 c PLUS 2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp salt
3 c HODGSON MILL BEST FOR BREAD FLOUR
1/4 c nonfat dry milk powder
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp HODGSON MILL FAST-RISE YEAST

Place ingredients in the pan according to your machine’s directions. Set for Basic/ Normal cycle.

Makes 1 1.5 loaf. Each loaf: 1550 calories; 12 g dietary fiber; 291 g carbohydrates; 56 g protein; 24 g fat (less than 1 g saturated fat); 63 mg cholesterol; 2465 mg sodium.
