It comes from the acacia tree. It is a clean label ingredient. It is minimally processed and uses no chemicals. It comes exclusively from the sub-Saharan Africa. It is considered a sustainable product as no trees are cut. It is used as a texturizer, emulsifier, stabilizer and thickener. It also enhances flavor release. It is 90% soluble dietary fiber.

Coconut and palm kernel are the top sources for medium chain triglycerides. They are fatty acids and are easily absorbed, metabolized in the liver and used for energy.
