Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together well and store in an airtight container, preferably in the refrigerator. Use cup for cup as a replacement for wheat flour in your favorite recipes.
     
  • Variations: To use in yeast breads, we recommend adding an additional 1/4 tsp xanthan gum to this blend.
     
  • White or brown rice flour may be used interchangeably in this recipe, or you may use a combination. For a heartier texture and slightly more fiber, use Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Long Grain Brown Rice Flour. When a lighter color and texture that more closely resembles baked goods made with all-purpose flour, use Hodgson Mill White Rice Flour.
