Enjoy fresh seafood fried with Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour. The savory spices are so good, you will go back for seconds.

  • Preheat 1-2 inches vegetable oil to 350°F in heavy pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine milk and egg. In another shallow dish, place seasoned flour.
  • Dip seafood in egg milk mixture, allow excess to drip off.
  • Liberally coat each piece with seasoned flour.
  • Fry approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on each side and pieces are cooked through. Drain on paper towels and serve.


  • Ingredient amounts are approximate. When dredging, start with a layer of seasoned flour in the shallow dish and add more as needed. Discard used flour which has come in contact with raw seafood or raw egg. May be made gluten free by using Kentucky Kernel Gluten Free Seasoned Flour.
