An easy, homemade alternative to store-bought almond milk.

Yield: 1 cup



  • Place all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed for about 2 minutes. Add more water 1-2 Tbsp at a time if you prefer it thinner, or add 1-2 Tbsp almond meal to get richer milk. Drink immediately, or strain through a cheese-cloth-lined colander or sieve for a smoother drink.
  • May store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before drinking.
