Directions

  • Add first six ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle.
     
  • Remove dough after the cycle has finished and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Roll-up dough (jelly roll style), tuck in ends and place the seam in the bottom of a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise about 30 minutes or until loaf reaches the top of the pan.
     
  • Bake at 350°Ffor 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
