  • Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add dry ingredients, wheat germ, bulgur wheat and nuts. Bake in greased and floured 8x8-inch baking pan at 375°F, 25-30 minutes. The brownies will be moist. Let cool in pan on rack for about 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
