Use Hodgson Mill Gluten-Free Multipurpose baking mix to make a traditional cheeseburger in pie form.

  • Heat oven to 400º F. Brown ground turkey and onion in frying pan. Put in 10 in. pie plate and add salt and pepper.
  • Beat milk, eggs and Multi Purpose Baking Mix until smooth.
  • Pour over meat and bake 25 min.
  • Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese.
  • Bake an additional 5-8 minutes and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve with rice.
