  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter the sides and bottom of 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, hand mix sifted almond flour/meal, gluten free all-purpose baking flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and butter until it makes lumpy dough.
  • Set aside 1 cup of the dough, adding crumbles from the sifter.
  • Press the remaining dough into the bottom of the pan to make a 1/4-inch thick crust. Bake 20 minutes.
  • Spread preserves over the bottom crust. Sprinkle the leftover dough and crumbles mixture over the layer of preserves and gently press down.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely. Cut into bars and serve.
