Why does the batter come off my food?
 Be sure to dry the surface of the food as much as possible before dipping in batter. This will help the batter adhere. Roll it in flour or dry batter mix if needed before coating in batter.

When frying, use proper oil temperature and cook in small batches. Baked items may need to be turned once during the cooking process.

Water, club soda, milk, or beer may be used as the batter liquid.
