  • 1 cup orange juice, apricot or nectar juice works also
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots, coarsely snipped
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 tsp Hodgson Mill Corn Starch
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh, sliced


  • In a small saucepan stir together the nectar or orange juice, apricots, honey and cornstarch.
  • Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly, cook and stir 2 minutes more.
  • Gently stir in strawberries; heat through.
  • Serve immediately with warm waffles.
