Directions

  • Combine Hodgson Mill Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add sour cream, oil, butter, egg, vanilla, sugar and milk to muffin mix stir until blended. Pour batter into a well-greased 9 inch round cake pan.
     
  • In a separate small bowl combine (with a fork) all streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on batter.
     
  • Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
     
  • Loaf Pan Option: Pour Batter into well-greased loaf pan and Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean.
