  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl combine almond meal, almonds, oats, salt, and brown sugar.
  • In a small sauce pan, over medium-low heat, combine honey and oil, heat until oil is dissolved, remove from heat, stir in extracts.
  • Pour honey mixture over oats, and stir until all is evenly coated. Pour the mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, stir and spread back into an even layer. Bake 5 more minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  • Pour granola on a piece of wax paper, spread out into a thin layer, about 1/2-inch thick.
  • After granola cools completely, break granola into clusters and store in an air tight container.
