A light and fluffy loaf made with wholesome Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal.

Yield: 1.5 lb loaf



  • Place the ingredients in the pan according to the machine’s directions. Select the Dough Setting. After the dough has risen once, remove it from the machine. Knead it a few times, and then shape into loaf. Place in a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Allow to rise until doubled. Bake at 350°F (175° C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
  • Alternatively, to bake in bread machine, then choose the Normal/Basic or White Bread Setting.
