  • Mix all ingredients together very well and store in an airtight container, preferably in the refrigerator.
  • Use as a 1 for 1 replacement for flour in your favorite recipes.
  • Notes: May substitute Hodgson Mill Brown Rice Flour or use a blend of Brown and White Rice Flour, if desired.
