This delicious side dish would be a great addition to any summer gathering. Using some of those fresh from the garden veggies will put this dish over the top in taste.

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the pasta, peppers and onion.
  • In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by stirring together dressing and parsley. Toss vegetables and pasta with dressing.
  • For best flavor, cover and refrigerate salad for a few hours (or overnight). Add tomatoes to pasta just before serving.
