  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix together dry ingredients and cut in butter until crumbly. Add water in batches until soft dough forms, mixing is easiest using hands to work the dough for 2-3 minutes. Let dough rest 15 minutes then divide in half for easier handling.
  • Lightly flour countertop and roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into 3-inch rounds.
  • Place crackers on prepared baking sheets and bake 15-18 minutes.
