  • 2 Tbsp butter, or oil
  • 4 tsp Hodgson Mill Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1-1/2 cups vegetables, cooked, chopped (potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli


  • Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Blend in corn starch, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk.
  • Bring to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1-1/2 cups vegetables and heat through.
