A delicious, cool, creamy fruit smoothie to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack! Make with your choice of ice cream or frozen yogurt, and Milled Flax Seed for Omega-3's, fiber, and protein.

  • 1/2 cup milk, low fat
  • 1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, fat-free or frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 bananas, medium, chunked
  • 3 Tbsp Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
  • 2 Tbsp honey


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium-high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
