  • Preheat oven to 425°. Grease a 9 inch square pan.
  • Combine cereal and corn meal in a large bowl. Spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. Add flour, baking powder and salt to cereal mixture. Stir well to blend. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Beat with rotary beater about 30 seconds, until well-mixed. Pour batter into greased 9” square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
